Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Panacea was an intriguing gourmet getaway, where culinary innovation took center stage. The restaurant’s ambiance was inviting, providing a serene backdrop to my dining experiences. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, highlighted by a remarkable egg station that catered to various preferences, setting a positive tone for the day. During my evenings, I relished unwinding at the poolside bar with a cocktail, allowing the tranquil sounds of the water to enhance the experience. While the restaurant offered delightful options, I found certain dishes could benefit from additional seasoning and flair. The meals were fresh and of good quality, although the service could be a tad slow during peak hours.
